About: Moreno Valley, California

Moreno Valley was originally occupied by the hunter-gather Native American tribe named the Shoshone. The first settlers to the area were Spanish explorers. The blazed several trails, such as the Anza Trail that cuts through the land now known as Moreno Valley.
