    An Erie man was arraigned on weapons and other charges this morning after city police accused him of possessing a stolen firearm and fighting with officers who confronted him at an eastside tavern. Roeshon M. Stapp, 23, of the 1300 block of East Seventh Street, was placed in the Erie County Prison on $20,000 bond after he was arraigned by Erie 1st Ward District Judge Sue Mack on charges including persons not to possess a firearm, receiving stolen property, aggravated assault and resisting arrest.
